Trichocereus Bridgesii “PPK”

It is that time again, the mother has produced two very sexy heads. They have proven hard as given the winter we went through.

This Trichocereus bridgesii hails from Pedro Park and is a fast-growing and very tolerant bridgesii.

No 1: 23cm
No 2: 20cm

Please note: These will be cut to order, each will need a week to dry before I can send him (them). This will be an unrooted cut. Please double-check which pup you are wanting, if you select a number, the pictures will filter to that cut with a tape measure for reference.

Locality

Trichocereus bridgesii are native to Bolivia (duh) and Argentina.

History

Tr. bridgesii was first introduced to the Western world by a German botanist Friedrich Ritter who studied various cactus species in South America. He then named the species after his close friend, the British consul in Bolivia, Alan Bridges.

They quickly gained popularity over the years and have become statement pieces in many homes across the world.
